PPG Ibérica has established, documented and implemented, and maintains a Quality Management System which ensures that :
- All necessary processes for the well functioning of the organization have been identified
- The sequence and interaction of these processes is determined
- The necessary methods and criteria for an efficient operation and control of these processes is established
- The necessary resources are available
- Follow up, measurements and analysis of these processes are carried out
- The necessary actions are implemented to achieve the planned results and the continuous improvement of these processes

PPG ibérica’s Quality Assurance Department is located at the Laguna de Duero, Valladolid plant, and has the responsibility and authority to:
- Ensure that the necessary processes for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained
- Report to Management on the performance of the quality management system and on any improvement needed
- Ensure that all levels of the organization are being made aware of customer requirements
